Working day shift sucks just two aides in the building taking care of a lot of residents.. u have to really work hard and walk back and forth all day

Would be great working here if they did not have an activity director , directing nurses what to do. I have never ever worked anywhere as and had an activity director delegating task as an f she was a DON or LPN I am so confused.
