My assignment was the hardest in the building according to some employees there. I had almost 30 people and the cart sometimes had things that were hard to find. I left past my scheduled time and I didn’t get to eat anything during the shift. I didn’t even have a sip of water. There was very little help from staff members.

There was not a single employee on the unit that was employed by Kane. Every single employee was from an agency including the charge nurse and then at 3pm, another agency nurse was becoming house supervisor. That place is severely struggling and unsafe to work at.

30 patients to one nurse on daylight! All shift passing meds…wound care was done by supervisor or else it would have never got done. Unable to take a lunch. One Aide had an attitude, walking around with earbuds in, talking on her phone while doing care. I would not recommend this place at all!

Staff was welcoming and helpful for my first shift at this facility. Meds were organized, staffing was adequate, and there were plenty of supplies available!

Hi. Was the med pass manageable or outrageous? It's hard when you have 20 patients and 100s of meds and don't know the patients
The med pass was very manageable, although I worked Night Shift so I’m not sure how heavy day and evening are.
