the whole floor was registry AM shift the DON sent 2 staff nurses at 11pm , 1 staff nurse didn’t show up for her scheduled shift and the DON stated we had to share a cart to split the rooms, horrible building many errors in narcotic sheets. If you work here be scared for your license. Only 1 staff maybe 2 the rest are registry nurses including CNA’s every day.

previous shift did not give report, some patients were left unchanged from previous shift. nurse supervisor for shift was very nice as well as charge nurses and other staff on shift they were very helpful and informative. a man introduced himself but forgot to say his title so not for sure who he was and facility smells like urine which im used to everything else was good pretty easy assignment patients were not hard to care for.

evening Charge nurse is very rude, little to no help with where supplies, ice machine or anything is located, they expect you to bring your own BP cuff because BP is on all pts on NOC but no vital machine, thermometer or pulse ox.

not professional. this is second time my name wasn't on the schedule. the supervisor is rude and like to follow the registry employee around but can't tell nothing about patient or want the patient need assistance with. too much going on.

Arrived to facility to work a double shift. Facility informed me that I was not needed this morning and they do not allow double shifts. However, I was able to book the shifts through the Clipboard App.
