The facility frequently cancels shifts, often the night before and sometimes as little as two hours before the shift starts. I spoke with the scheduler to understand the reason and to make sure it wasn’t anything personal. She explained that it isn’t; rather, if their staff or internal agency staff request the shift, or if a clipboard staff wants to pick up a double, they are given priority and my shift may be canceled. While I understand the reasoning, it’s frustrating especially when the shift was booked days or even weeks in advance and how frequently this happens.

Not well stocked enough with supplies OR regular COMPETENT staff, there's a LOT of passing the buck amongst ADMINISTRATION when preventable accidents happen, and NO ACCOUNTABILITY on their behalf which IN MY OPINION hinders REAL progress and care for the residents

Very heavy med pass, with the amount of Covid they should pay more, staff was not friendly, no one wanted to help, came 15 mins early for my 1st shift like I was told to, noone oriented me, took almost an hour to get a sign on to the med pass software. Think twice before picking up a day shift here. Maybe an overnight, idk! But it was a bad experience for me.
