Clipboard / facility not clear to the fact that after 11 , first floor nurse will be responsible for both floors census of 50* with fall risks . Also the don lied on agency paper stating morning med pass is only 10 residents when it’s 20.

that’s most assisted living facilities.. most places there’s only one nurse, and this place specifically you only have about 13 to pass no more than 1-2 pills on.. and it’s been that way for a while

Terrible they hate agency here! The staff is rude and nasty. Will not be returning unfortunately. Work load was good no supplies

Yes they do hate agency amd they always have I used to go there 2 years ago all the time and they treat agency terrible.
