Agreeing with the previous comment. The third floor is basically SKILLED NURSING FACILITY work. No supplies. Families bring in supplies because technically it’s not a nursing home. You’re doing unsafe transfers with residents that should be using a HOYER lift. No set assignments. All cna to all residents. This place should be ashamed of themselves

Why at this facility are we scanning on that board which is a nuisance which we have to wait a few minutes for somebody to come and let us in? If anything, we need to have a login to the building so we can get in and clock in Properly

It’s a great place but need communication skills

They run it like a nursing home because no Hoyer lips no stand lift and there’s heavy care and you get about six or seven people up. They lock the rooms to the Residents in memory care! First Time working the other day! Never again!

Night shift staff was great, love the rental cations. Most memory care looks so institutionalized, and it smelled good. Thank you it was my first experience
