All I have to say is this facility caused me a great deal of anxiety putting me down as a no call no show causing me to lose 100 attendance points triggering a suspension on my account. Thank god that I’m a very good employee I was able to retrieve my account back within a hour. I usually do Urgent shifts to help facilities out but baby Village Point doesn’t have to worry about me ever going back there.

Instead of them canceling me they said I was a no call no show. So when I arrived at the facility I wasn’t able to clock in and my account was suspended because the facility said I never showed up. Keep in mind it was an urgent shift booked at 6:30am. I arrived to the facility after 7am to learn they had already put me in as a no call no show. Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!
Never experienced anything like this. I do Urgent shifts all the time. I got my account reinstated and I was paid for my time and gas!!! Thank you Clipboard!
this same thing happened to me at another facility that I had been to plenty times AND after this fact got offered a contracted assignment of Supervisor for, 6 weeks, that they assured I would be trained for being that I didn't know the particular software (MyUnity) and once it started in fact DID NOT get adequately trained for and was made to look incompetent by facility house NP which really angered me. And once the DON realized that I had no training, tried to ridicule me as well and therefore contract was canceled once I told her about herself. Needless to say I didn't return ever again. These facilities are a trip and there is no communication amongst staff at all.
