staff is very nice and helpful. I like the way the linen carts are already preorganized for you and ready to go. just a really heavy lineup though and it was hard to get my charting done.

shift change is a hassle. You wait 30 minutes past off time waiting on your relief. Also when coming on you get no report, and nurse just leave the keys on the cart. My narcotic count was off when I counted with the supervisor before taking responsibility for the cart!

no direction, as soon as you get here you get an assignment handed to you and that's it, not even a brief explanation of how things work, then you go on the floor try to figure out your patients, and how facility works and every cna gets mad if.you ask any questions. simply

it was difficult to follow instructions. not all of the staff are friendly and most of them got an attitude. Elizabeth and Jo are the best RNs

PCC Charting. They do not have set room number for carts , it’s always changing so that is confusing. GREAT STAFF, and RN Supervisor Anna is amazing.
