This facility has a very heavy medication pass. LVN has to take own vitals on20+ pts, a lot of BS checks for lunch, some patients were very specific of their wants causing me to fall behind . I had to make myself take a break and I was behind. I would never work here again, the holiday pay was the only incentive. Also, your run is broken into three different sections , I think to give them hardest pts. Meditation cart is very confusing medications all over the place .

First time at this facility. CNA I’m currently working a PM shift right now 12/31/24. A lot of total dependents and feeders as well as g-tubes. Be prepared to be on your feet for your whole shift. They do have supplies which is great but, most of the patients they give you are also fall risks. It’s to much work for low pay, please know your worth! Parking lot is hectic, try to come 5-10 minutes early you’ll be looking around for one)

Clean facility, nice staff, very helpful, they do have COVID in building currently x2 residents worked station 3 subacute 24 patients, quite a few gtubes, med pass manageable, lots of charting but overall not bad.
