staff dont help & they ALWAYS put registry on Sub-Acute with the heavy 2 person assist patients & the on staff CNAs dont help they hide & take your linen from whst little you have cause rhey dont have linen either.

all total care/heavy patients and I could not get any help. I asked a respiratory therapist (not knowing he wasn't an lvn or rn) for help with a heavy patient and kindly refused.
