I worked 11 -7 shift. Due to a miscommunication with regular staff and regustry our shift went from fully staffed to understaffed. The regular 3pm nurse sent 3 CNA'S from registry home stating they are over staffed. The administrator called after 12am stating they we not over staffed and blamed the CNA'S for leaving instead of her Charge nurse that instructed them to leave. The administrator went as far as reporting the registry CNA'S as abandoning their shift which was not true. This error left me without any CNA'S and I had to change pt's as well as perform charge nurse duties. I will not return. It's very unorganized.

I appreciated the fact that as soon as I came in, I was given a brief orientation. Everyone was really sweet and helpful. It is a psych facility so the patients do you have behavioral issues, but the patient load was manageable.

rn supervisor was very rude , the facility is dirty , there was roaches , and i was the only Cna with 16 patients and everyone else had 12 others Cna even had 8 .

as an RN, loved all the CNA’s and LVN’s that i worked with they were super helpful even though they were severely understaffed. the staff RN was absolutely toxic
