Facility was clean. Lack of supplies, rooms didn’t have chucks or wipes, I found some, left them on top of my barrel and then they were GONE lol never got them back. had to look for more. Didn’t get oriented and only ONE CNA offered to help me. Worked AM had 9pts.

Unprofessional & rude staff, (2 nights running) I was asked to reuse equipment instead of providing the equipment needed.

I was assigned to both the yellow and red zone- crossing between them to provide patient care. I wasn’t provided with a hair cap or booties.
