horrible. expected to care for 20 subacute patient , MAR/TAR, vitals, blood sugar, answer call bells, pick patients up off the floor. All while constantly listening to the shift supervisor complain that nobody answers any bells. didn't sit down the entire shift. charge nurse day most of the role with her phone open though. typical cbh facility!

No BP machines on any of the 3 floors, no thermometers and pulse ox. You will need to aid the CNAs who have 20 residents per one aide on weekends due to shortage they stopped using agency cnas lately it’s been bad one nurse on subacute 3rd floor 40 patients 7-3 shift weekend due to shortage unsafe

waiting for my logins for an hour caused me to start med pass late, all meds weren't available , so i literally was song Med pass from 5pm-11pm unable to take a break. nurse was semi helpful but not completely...gave me an attitude if i asked her too many questions. not sure if i would work this facility again.

Stay far from this place very disorganized the aides sleep on the unit all night and don’t take of the patients and do only 1 change. . My relief came almost an hr later. Login credentials wasn’t available upon start of the shift supervisor tried calling DON/ADON they went ghost. Horrible place. Won’t be coming back.

It’s been very bad of late. Short of aides and they keep allowing more admissions. No bp machines, thermometer nor pulse ox on any of the floors. It’s really a mess. Barely have any supplies to work with
