The facility is nice . Very clean . Well stocked . 1 CNA & 1 Nurse for night shift . You cannot leave the facility . All breaks have to be taken inside due to benighted only licensed nurse . 6 patients , total care , vent & g tube , trach patients . You have to be willing to help the CNA with care . Not too much charting . patients have to be repositioned every 2hrs. 4/6 patients had lots of secretions which required suctioning all shift. Lots of breathing treatments . Easy med pass . Only 1 somewhat needy patient . My CNA was very sweet and super helpful .

6 patients , all have trachs, Gtubes, and catheters. Pretty easy work load. Just the night shift nurse isn’t that easy to work with. If you work the night shift it’s one CNA and 1 nurse , if you work day shift it’s 2 CNA and 2 nurses.

Only RN and LVN you will do total care work as an RN . Passing meds , vent and trach patients Gt tubes . Total care changes …. Pretty heavy duty . But there are only 6 pts and the LVN Vickie is very helpful and we divided work fairly well

Small quaint facility. Very clean, and has all supplies. 6 patients. Vent and trach pts. Nice staff.
