This place is very horrible, they always give the registry the heaviest patient's..Be aware CNAS. There's these two cnas/sisters that work there that just got hired. The tall one goes around checking after your patient's like she runs the place. To Remind you the Tall one never does her First Changes. The other sister who is little shorter than her sleeps on the clock & rushes later on to change her patient's will ask you can you help me with three who are not heavy at all. Laziness but the LVNS there for NOC dont say anything but yet the LVN who became a RN asked where was that short sister? Obviously she kept hiding. Short sister has gotten caught sleeping on clock & they don't say anything to her...NEVER going back again.

I’ve watched this facility go as low as they could on the pay rate. They will put you in subacute and work you like a dog for little to nothing. They’re so cheap and don’t show appreciation thru pay rate. This will be my last time coming here. I hope you all show your worth by not allowing these companies to short ball you with pay. They work clipboard works hard, talk about us give us the most work and pay NOTHING.

If it’s your first time here you will fill out an entire new employee packet . Expect to take about an hour . You also have to do a lot of q shift for PCC charting . Expect another hour if you have 15 or more. You also have to pass out the water jugs . Time management is very important . As well the majority of not all your patients are total care or sub acute . I believe the sub acute is stated as sub acute when you pick it up not sure . Sub acute is very heavy . If Noc you will have 15 patient or more depending on the amount of cna that actually show up . Heavy depended on registry for cna not so much for oven low on towels and supplies are hard to get you nearly get enough to do your job . You have to get creative with the cart

To all Registry Clinicians, we work harder than most because we are Registry. If a facility disturbs your PEACE, leave it for their own employees to deal with. The disrespect, racism, favoritism and mental abuse towards Registry has gotten out of hand. If you are taking stress home from a facility you don't even work for and you just came in to help, leave them with their own staff to figure out the staffing issues. They are short because no one wants to work in a horrible facility especially with low pay. They can abuse one another. Miserable staff are taking away from why we all do this job, for the patients. We can get abused from the patients l too sometimes but I refuse to deal with staff being disrespectful and needing my help. Stop going where you are being treated as the slave on the job. Know your worth. Registry needs our own Union at this point. It's too much mentally, emotionally and physically. All money is not good money. Everyone stay safe and aware.

I completely agree
Thank you for the review. Never worked here before but I’m at LVN and their rate is very low for LVN and if you’re reviews are low, it’s gonna be hard for them to book.
