This place is well stocked and residents aren't too bad besides having a huge language barrier. Its just too much work for little pay. The morning shift you have to get all your patients up and dressed. Also be prepared to feel rushed by the cnas and micromanaged by them. THEY EXPECTED ME TO HAVE ALL MY PATIENTS UP BY 7:30 AM. Keep in mind we clock in at 6:45. 😒

It' was a swift shift for me. One CNA called Jeanat in the SW wing was so much dear and sweet to me. She literally helped me out to figure out most patients with an unfamiliar environment. Thumbs u👍👍👍

Morning shift workers are helpful, you need to get all you patients up from the bed and return all of them back to bed after lunch..it can be very challenging but not too bad

This place is not so good they give you the hardest patients . The language barrier is just out of control and if you’re on a certain floors, you have to go all the way downstairs just to go to a break room, which is ridiculous and good luck to whoever wants to come here. The security guy that was riding around in the parking lot was very rude on second shift. They expected you to get everybody up out of bed For dinner as well

Too many patients. Split cart. Once male staff member was extremely rude. I didn’t see very much diversity in staff members. Med pass was not hard, It was only difficult because you have to search for all of your patients in one common area. The uniqueness in their names made it somewhat difficult for me to find some of them. I had about 31 or 32 patients. No blood sugars. Also 3 to 11 shift you will have to do your own treatments.

I did forget to mention that aside from that one extremely rude male nurse on the second floor. All the other staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. It does make your shift go by a little easier. And when I say, Little, I mean just that
Have you done noc shift here before?
