Like others mentioned the facility itself is really clean and you have all the supplies that you need. The staff is really friendly and will help if needed. AM shift 8 patients, PM shift 11 patients. There are lot of Covid patients throughout the building there is no Red Zone. Covid patients are at every station. If you are not used to working with patients with behavioral issues don’t come here. The majority of the patients have behavioral issues

LVN- one of the more draining shifts in my entire career . Heavy heavy run! HEAVY. Never ending, super demanding, tons of meds missing, the shifts have their own carts. That’s how heavy the pass is.. each one is FULL. lots of behavior residents. Staff is helpful and nice enough, but it is really a task. I wouldn’t recommend picking up here for anything less than 40 & that’s putting it lightly

That’s way too many pt.’s per lvn !!!! That’s so dangerous!! I bet they are doing that on purpose so their regular staff will have a lighter load smh 👎🏼
For 1099 contract with no benefits LVNs should not be picking up shifts for less than 40 period. If the shift is as heavy as you are describing it should be 50-60/hr. Everyone needs to stop lowballing.

PM shift I had 10 patients. Super easy, super clean, linen fully stocked 24/7. NOC shift I had 14 patients again super easy. Definitely returning. The only negative thing I can say is LVN told me during dinner that I had showrr let's then didn't tell me who my showers were until 7pm. Aside from that amazing facility

Too many patients, had 38 patients, 5 G-tubes, and 7 accu checks and responsible for vitals, and treatments.

Loretta RN and Victoria LVN super helpful! The CNAs for station 2 are on top of their stuff and it made my job easier. Only thing that I would say was on the bad side is incoming nurse because she had too much attitude. Other than that, thank you guys for a good shift!
