RN wasn’t a supervisor. The shift was actually to do med cart, but workplace unable to fill lvn so they posted as RN supervisor although it wasn’t to do that. Expected to do rn and lvn work for one rate. Given 45 patients to do medications, blood sugars, gt’s, IV’s, and respiratory treatments. I was denied break by RN supervisor due to no coverage. Called clipboard about not being for a supervisor and submitted for no break. Denied by facility stating it’s mandatory even though I let them know which supervisor denied my break. Low pay, a lot of unexpected work not being honest on the need for the shift

There’s a SNF side and a post-acute side. I absolutely loved the post-acute team! Shoutout to CNA Lilly if you have any questions, she's the person to look for. Everyone I worked with was super friendly and welcoming. The only thing I’d say is that I do think we deserve a little more pay considering we care for high-acuity patients with G-tubes, ventilators, and other complex needs.

One of the worst places I’ve done registry at. 25 patients but 10-12 GTs, which is extremely overwhelming and time consuming to hang and give medication. Extremely HEAVY med pass, staff is nice to nurses but they have a lot of registry due to the heaviness of the facility. Do not pay enough would only go back for good pay.
