3/29/24 - I worked with them through medely 2 weeks ago for a last minute PM shift. It's a run down looking facility to be honest but I had everything I needed that day. The RN supervisor was nice. They have linen carts and trash barrels so it's not too bad. They have a closet where you can get briefs/diapers. The CNAs were okay, only one of them was helpful tho and it was the guy CNA (can't remember his name). They use PCC but the tablets are stuck on the walls. It's pretty insulting especially since CNAs are already on their feet all day. I had 9 patients, 4 of them total care. Overall, not bad that day.

LVN- Initially the staff wasn't to welcoming upon arrival, guess that's to be expected? They use PCC, your accuchecks are on an entire different Tab from the actual MAR which I wasn't made aware about. The med cart was organized, med pass wasn't difficulty, CNA's were helpful and took all V/S. Unsure if they have central AC because it was very warm in the building. RN was nice & a great help as well!

This is one of the best facilities in the LA area…the residents get taken care of very well…the staff LVNs really care and the DSD is awesome! I have worked with them through another agency and they never cancel you…it feels like a very “homey” feeling!!! Try a shift you won’t regret it.

I have picked up many shifts here, PM shift 10 patients , NOC shift 12 patients all employees and staff are helpful and the facility is nice clean and small

I had a good shift but the odor in this facility in terrible !
