I like this facility so much. Yet it was my first time. Nice clean well supplied. Helpful staff. Special thanks too. Talesha LVN 🤍🦋

This facility was a challenge, but doable. As long as you’re willing to work and open to proper communication with staff and patients, the work load becomes swift and efficient. The facility was clean, organized, and with great staff prepared to assist with the workload and any questions regarding the job and shift. I’d definitely go back; happy to oblige .

NOC shift was very quiet. Facility is very clean. RN sup. Itzel is very pleasant and helpful. The cna staff did their job without delay or attitude. Even though it’s said there’s 2 carts on NOC shift if you’re cart 1 you’re only on 1 cart. But cart 1 has a great deal of BS checks so start the med pass no later than 4:30 unless you’re Superman or Wonder Woman. I had one of the best shifts I’ve had in a while. It is 46 pts though but with time management it can be done. Get the charting out the way because everyone is on covid monitoring. Peaceful environment.

The shift was okay workload was okay, but a few things I didn’t like like the nurses not telling me about charting until I was walking out !!! I felt like they were awkwardly tryna say I had too. ASKED ME TO CHART ON PATIENTS THAT I DID NOT SEE! PLEASE NURSES DO NOT DO THIS YOU COULD LOOSE YOUR LISCENSE ! it even states at the top of Pcc to “ chart on patients even not on your cart” I clearly stated I was not comfortable documenting on patients I didn’t care for & got my document signed. I reported this to clipboard but please nurses be careful! Other than that shift was okay had all supplies pts are cool

Yes this happened to me too. They wanted me to chart on patients on other stations! Why can’t the RN do it?
