RN NOC. Where do I start ? Lol. 3-11 staff LVN didn't show up so I had the IV cart and 2 other carts (meds are split). Lots of missing meds. CNAs were looking for linen. Most of the staff are from Registry so it was like the blind leading the blind but we made it work. Regular staff said the facility is under investigation so no new admits allowed, only readmits. At around 0400 a Registry LVN came to ask me if I new multiple rooms have scabies. Nobody said anything. This is something that needs to be shared in shift report bc what?! I got paid $53/hr and wouldn't come back even for double. The reviews aren't lying. I left 3 stars bc the staff worked well together. If you've read the reviews and mine and still want to book then may the odds be in your favor...

Edit: 11-7 staff LVN didn't show up. Registry LVN who worked 7-3 also worked 3-11 so there was no way she was staying to work 11-7.
That’s horrible. They started off with $56/$58 for LVN shift that was the only reason I picked up a double at this facility. But yeah not anymore. And they have the nerves to drop their rate over $25 lower yea… hard pass
200 rooms has a split cart. Hate it.

Gave this facility a chance because of the rate despite the bad reviews definitely regret it don’t risk your license. They have narcotics in the narcotic box from patients who are discharged, antibiotics never given, missing medication cards, residents literally telling me I’m a good nurse for just giving them medicine today because they “never get it”, heartbreaking wouldn’t be surprised if this place shut down soon. Waited to get relived for almost an hour finally had to have the RN count me out. Oncoming to the shift the 11-7staff nurse still passing meds at 730AM? And she left a narcotic at a patients bedside insane will never come back.

When I arrived and was gives my assignment I started doing my rounds and changing my patients. After doing so, my assignment was changed, so I went to do rounds on my new patients. I was yelled at y family members because the patients were wet so while I was helping that patient I went outside to grab some supplies and when I was walking back to the car a man who said he was one of the VPs of the place stopped me to tell me to go answer some call lights, I informed him that I was in the middle of helping a patient at the moment and that I would let the cna in charge of the room that had the call light on know that they had a call light on. He told me that he didn’t care if I was busy or if it was my patient or not he said that he was the VP and he wants me to answer the call light. Very rude and disrespectful not only towards me but also towards other registry staff. He was trying to use his position to intimidate people. Everyone, including the facilty staff said he’s always that way

Yeah, this VP guy is a joke! Not surprised if this facility shuts down soon!
All the patients are unhappy here, worst facility I’ve ever been to.

WORST PLACE TO WORK!! The amount of disrespect is unbelievable. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! 45+patients and it’s a heavy load. Multiple patients with both blood pressure meds and Accu-checks, bolus feedings. Have some CNAs that don’t wanna help at all and talk trash in native language. Mind you I speak that language too so I understood everything that they were saying, and it wasn’t nice. Patients left unattended because they don’t wanna deal with them. And to top it all off an administrator came in blazing hot towards myself and a CNA about a patient that refused changing from everyone and only wanted two specific people. And the response the administrator gave was that we should’ve called the DON TO MAKE THEM COME IN TO CHANGE HIM!!! Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. Would NOT let us explain that we asked for help from their staff and we tried to reason with said patient about the people he wanted being on off of work! Family member coming yelling about her mom getting water even (part1)

Though a CNA had been literally bedside all night long. The registry CNAs were AMAZING making it work with the very little and limited supplies that had for the patients. They had no towels, no sheets, no blankets that they had to improvised. AND LASTLY ABOUT 75-80% of staff for this 11-7 was Registry. On our first day. So you can imagine how we felt with no help, no supplies, and the HIGH amount of missing medications. At the end this place is not worth our license that we worked really hard to get. ✌🏽🖤be safe out there people.
Yes, go off queen 🙏🏻

The first shift I worked here was great. This shift they tried it. The reviews don’t lie, hit or miss. The cna staff tried to change my assignment because mine was easy and hers wasn’t. I told her no ma’am. Then the charge nurse came and said I HAD to switch with her because ONE resident had difficult wounds. I asked to switch one resident with her as the shifts had already started. She refused and told me I would do what she told me to do or leave. Guess who’s about to go get in their hot tub and sip on a drink while they find another registry worker to disrespect?
