patients do not have identification bands or room numbers with specific identificatio. They had three patients in a room and there was no way to identify the patient appropriately. I had to ask the nursing assistant and I had to go back and look at the pictures on the MAR multiple times because I’m not familiar with the patients, most facilities would have like a WOD after the room number which means the patient is by the window by the door but they didn’t. They had three patients in a room.
