Five stars because staff is helpful given the report of each patient, friendly, clean facility. 10-12 Patients per CNA, LVN is charge nurse PM shift (3p-1130p), NO RN. DSD assistant available until a certain but LVN signs your clock out after you finish charting. Paper charting only, takes awhile. LVN take vital signs, not CNA. CNAs feed and clean-Use towels for hygiene (no wipes), discard your own cart of trash and linen outside (use plastic bags). Run low on linen but replacement after dinner and before end of shift. Could use better gloves (Vinyl white gloves only, easily tears). Friendly staff, help when asked to reposition patient. Hot in building and breakroom, no AC in breakroom, water dispenser in breakroom. Beds electric but some malfunctions. Assignment may change later during shift due to call offs. It happened to me. Busy, busy, busy. You will sweat but that's the norm. Take your breaks.

Staff nurses called off and everyone have 21 or 22 patients. You have to do paper charting on all of the patients on your run before you get a signature which they told me last minute where the paper charts were. Two of the staff CNAs were super helpful as they knew my run was the heaviest of all of them.

Good shift.

Was a good night , a few wonders and pass a few pain pills , staff was helpful. Most definitely go back.
