About Us In Honor of Our Parents is a residential care home dedicated to providing compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care to seniors in a warm, family-like environment. We are seeking reliable, caring, and professional caregivers to join our growing team. Responsibilities * Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting * Support residents with mobility and transfers * Prepare and serve meals and snacks * Perform light housekeeping and laundry * Document resident care and report any changes in condition * Provide companionship and emotional support * Assist with medication reminders and medication administration (if qualified) * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents Qualifications * Caregiving experience preferred but not required * Compassionate, dependable, and patient * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication skills * Must be able to pass a background check * CPR/First Aid certification preferred * Must be eligible to work in the United States Benefits * Training provided * Supportive team environment * Opportunity for growth and advancement * Meaningful work making a difference in seniors' lives Schedule * Day Shift * Evening Shift * Overnight Shift * Weekend Availability Preferred Compensation * Starting at *$18.00 per hour* * Opportunities for additional hours based on performance and availability How to Apply Please submit your application through Indeed.
