Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregiver to join our Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) team. The Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and safety in a supportive home-like environment. Responsibilities * Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility * Provide companionship and emotional support to residents * Assist with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration monitoring * Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or mental condition to management * Ensure residents receive medications as directed by medication staff or management * Maintain clean and organized resident rooms and common areas * Follow infection control, safety, and RCFE regulations at all times * Complete required documentation accurately and timely * Respond promptly to resident calls, emergencies, and incidents * Work cooperatively with team members, families, hospice, and healthcare professionals Qualifications * Caregiving experience preferred, especially in an RCFE, assisted living, or senior care setting * Current CPR/First Aid certification required * Ability to pass background clearance requirements * Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed * Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays if required Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
