*Home Health RN/LVN – Per Diem* _Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, San Diego Counties_ *About Us - * We're a newly Medicare-certified home health agency based in Studio City serving Southern California. We provide skilled nursing, PT, OT, ST, MSW, and HHA services. Small agency, supportive team, flexible scheduling. *The Role -* Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes.
