Available for short-term post-hospital recovery and ongoing long-term care, New Century Inc is committed to reliable, professional support tailored to each client’s needs. Our organization is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to help support our team of experts 3 times a week. Our Licensed Vocational Nurse will be responsible for assisting Registered Nurses in providing care to patients, and will also be involved in helping to maintain the medical aspects of our facilities. The right candidate will have reliable transportation and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: * Work as part of a healthcare team. * Communicate clearly with other healthcare workers. * Follow protocols for a variety of healthcare procedures. * Work with patients and families regarding concerns and care plans. * Manages all daily clinical records functions including establishing and implementing clinical records policy * Receives case referrals. Reviews available patient information related to case. * Reviews and evaluates each case * Reviews patient's medical diagnosis, prognosis, medications, prcedures and clinical course * Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, in setting priorities, and developing plan of care Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour Work Location: In person
