*Job Overview* We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals age 60+ living in a private beautiful residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) in North Tustin, Ca. In this vital role, you will foster a safe, nurturing environment while providing assistance with activities of daily living to promote resident independence, social engagement, security, and well-being. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through attentive caregiving and support. *Duties* * Provide attentive care to seniors, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times * Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and medication administration * Support through engaging activities that promote independence and social skills * Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences * Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns * Create a nurturing environment that independence, and confidence in each individual *Skills* * Experience working with working with senior citizens desired * Strong understanding of behavior management techniques suitable for the elderly * Ability to provide activities of daily living assistance including meal preparation, dressing, bathing, assistance with medication administration and toileting; will train * Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable; will train * Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members * Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain if necessary * Demonstrated patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for caregiving roles Join us as a Caregiver and become a vital part of creating safe, supportive environments where senior residents needing daily assistance can thrive!
