As a caregiver with ThriveWell, you will play a critical role in supporting seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living—while preserving their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support * Safely assist with transfers and positioning, including use of Hoyer lifts and mobility equipment when required * Monitor and report changes in client condition, including vital signs and overall well-being * Prepare meals based on client dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary * Support medication reminders in accordance with care plans and company policies * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment (light housekeeping, laundry, etc.) * Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation, engagement, and meaningful activities * Follow individualized care plans while adapting to each client’s unique preferences and needs Qualifications & Skills Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or similar settings preferred * Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer’s care is highly valued * Ability to assist with patient transfers and mobility using proper body mechanics * Familiarity with HIPAA standards and client confidentiality * Strong communication skills with clients, families, and healthcare professionals * Dependable, compassionate, and able to remain calm under pressure Why Join ThriveWell Home Care Work with a mission-driven, veteran-owned agency * Opportunities for growth and skill development in the healthcare field * Supportive team environment focused on respect, professionalism, and excellence in care * Make a real impact in your community by improving lives every day Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
