Role Overview: As an In-Home Caregiver at Comfort Keepers, you will be responsible for providing companionship and personal care to seniors and adults in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure each client receives personalized support tailored to their unique needs. Whether you work on-site in Upland, California, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you care for. Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate companionship and personal care to clients. Assist clients with daily activities including meal preparation and light housekeeping. Transport clients to appointments and outings as needed. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervising staff. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in caregiving or a related field. Understanding of basic caregiving principles and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English is required. Bonus If You: Possess a background in healthcare or senior care. Have experience with specialized care needs (e.g., dementia care). Are Bilingual Employment Type & Availability: This position is Part-Time, Monday through Sunday.
