In this vital role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals across various settings, that includes companionship care and support within a private residence. Your proactive approach and attentive nature will help promote independence, safety, and well-being for residents with diverse needs. This position offers an opportunity to foster trusting relationships while delivering high-quality care. *Duties* * Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support * Observe changes in clients health status to ensure timely intervention * Medication reminders and follow care plans accurately, adhering to HIPAA regulations and clients privacy * Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with meal consumption when needed * Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and adhering to infection control protocols *Experience* * HCA certified and prior experience working in assisted living or home health care environments preferred * Demonstrated knowledge of client observation, medication reminder and companionship * Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia (including Alzheimer’s and memory care), * Familiarity with care plans development and implementation for long-term * Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training, * Ability to perform light housekeeping, meal prep, bathing, safely and errand runs when necessary * Strong communication skills for working effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams Join us in providing compassionate caregiving that enriches lives every day.
