Job Description
The Estates of St. Louis is a Skilled Nursing Facility with a focus on Behavioral Health Care looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide excellent clinical care to our residents. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at The Estates of St. Louis, a Skilled Nursing Facility focused on Behavioral Health Care, providing direct patient care including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion; conducting patient assessments and maintaining electronic health records; collaborating with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for geriatric and long-term care patients; monitoring vital signs; and communicating effectively with patients and families. Requires active MO LPN license, supervision of CNAs and CMTs, and preferably prior long-term care experience. Full-time and part-time positions available on day and evening shifts, paying $32-$34 per hour with shift differentials, PTO, health insurance, and supportive leadership.
