Job Description
The Estates of St. Louis is a skilled nursing facility with a focus on Behavioral Health Care. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide excellent clinical care to our residents in a skilled nursing facility with a focus on Behavioral Health Care. Responsibilities include providing compassionate care to patients in a geriatric setting, assisting with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding, monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient conditions in compliance with HIPAA regulations, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, maintaining accurate medical documentation and utilizing EMR/EHR systems effectively, and communicating clearly with patients and their families to address concerns and provide support.
