The Estates of Spanish Lake is a Skilled Nursing Facility with a focus on Behavioral Health Care looking for Registered Nurse (RNs) to provide excellent clinical care to our residents. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive patient care including catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding while ensuring adherence to basic life support protocols, conducting thorough patient assessments and maintaining accurate electronic health records, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop care plans for geriatric patients, communicating effectively with patients and families utilizing Spanish language skills as needed, and assisting in critical care situations and managing airway for patients requiring specialized attention. Requirements include a valid RN license in MO, excellent communication skills, supervision of CNAs and CMTs, with prior long-term experience as a plus.
