The Estates of St. Louis is a Skilled Nursing Facility with a focus on Behavioral Health Care looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide excellent clinical care to our residents. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion as required; conducting patient assessments and maintaining accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations; collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in geriatrics and long-term care settings; monitoring vital signs and responding to patient needs; and communicating effectively with patients and families on care procedures and health management. Requirements include an active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Missouri, supervision of CNAs and CMTs, and prior long-term care experience is preferred.
