Job Description
The Estates of Spanish Lake is a Skilled Nursing Facility with a focus on Behavioral Health Care looking for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to provide excellent clinical care to our residents. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at a Skilled Nursing Facility with a focus on Behavioral Health Care. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care such as catheterization, tube feeding, and IV insertion while adhering to HIPAA regulations; conducting patient assessments and monitoring vital signs; collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans for geriatric patients; maintaining accurate electronic health records and communicating effectively with patients and families; and supporting patients with developmental disabilities. Requirements include an active LPN license in Missouri, supervision of CNAs and CMTs, and preferably prior long-term experience. The position offers up to $37/hour based on experience, full-time or part-time options, day and night 12-hour shifts, PTO, health insurance, and supportive leadership.
