Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with SUBACUTE experience to join our team. Primary responsibilities include providing personal care for residents under nursing supervision, assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and dining, maintaining a clean environment, answering call lights, performing patient rounds, and transporting residents to meals and activities. Candidates must have an active CNA certification, BLS Certificate, good physical health, and the ability to work AM, PM, or NOC shifts in a full-time 4/2 rotation.
