If you are jolly, energetic, and like to be active, we have a good match for you to provide in-home, non-medical care for our client in Century City, 90067. Our services include personal care and support with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, eating, ambulation, transfers & toileting), companionship and supervision. Available shifts are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (7pm-5am), and Sunday (7pm-5am) Compensation: Competitive pay rate with bonus opportunities through a variety of incentive programs. *Benefits:* * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Annual pay increases * Paid sick time leave * Employee referral bonuses and caregiver appreciation award * Build your own schedule with flexible start dates * Paid training for new employees * Web-based access to view your schedule, care-plans, etc. * 401(k) with match *Responsibilities:* * Provide client care as directed by the Director of Nursing or registered nurse supervisor * Assist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the nursing supervisor * Follow principles of infection control and Universal Precaution * Comply with all documentation and recordkeeping requirements * Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards * Respond rapidly and appropriately in an emergency situation *Requirements:* * Minimum of 1 year PAID in-home experience (personal hygiene and transfer skills) * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screen * Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background clearance * Current TB test, CPR Certification * Means of own reliable transportation * Clean DMV driving record * Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance * Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality * Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States and the ability to speak, read and write fluent English *APPLY NOW! *Openings for this assignment will not last long.
