Job Brief 1 opening Pay Range: STAFF RN/NEW GRAD - $48.25 to $48.25 Job Summary: The New Graduate Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients based on HMNMH’s policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements. Licensure and Certification: Current California RN licensure Current BLS provide card ACLS and PALS provider cards preferred. Telemetry course certification preferred or equivalent experience required Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred Experience: Prior hospital experience preferred Knowledge and Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Critical thinking skills Problem solving skills Basic computer skills
