This paid position offers an opportunity to work in a rewarding setting focused on enhancing quality of life through attentive caregiving. *Duties* * Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support * Monitor patients’ health by taking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately * Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance * Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary * Support residents with memory care needs such as Alzheimer’s or dementia by implementing specialized techniques and creating a calm environment * Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning routines to promote hygiene and comfort * Document care activities, including patient observations, medication administration, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards *Requirements* * Past experience in senior care, assisted living, or home & community care environments very helpful * Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration * Certification in CPR, First Aid required * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and family members * Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care * Prior experience working in nursing homes or group homes is a plus; familiarity with care plans and social work principles is beneficial Join us to deliver exceptional elderly care that enriches lives!
