Services include skilled nursing, therapy, and home health aide support, with a focus on improving patient well-being and quality of life. *Position Overview* Royal Health Homecare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide continuous care services to patients in their homes. The LVN will work closely with the healthcare team to support patient care plans, monitor patient conditions, and deliver quality nursing care in accordance with home health standards. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes * Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the supervising RN or physician * Assist with treatments, medication administration, and wound care as directed * Accurately document patient care and progress * Educate patients and families on health management and basic care needs * Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
