*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.The Traveling Nurse will provide nursing services to patients in their homes, offering individualized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes. This role requires the ability to travel to patient homes, assess patient needs, administer treatments, and communicate effectively with the care team, families, and patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health care, strong clinical skills, and a passion for patient-centered care. *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients. * Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. * Provide direct nursing care in inpatient settings, including IV insertion and medication administration. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective discharge planning. * Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. * Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and discharge instructions. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Ensure adherence to safety standards and infection control protocols. *Requirements* * Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. * Familiarity with the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. * Proficiency in IV insertion techniques and other clinical skills. * Strong understanding of healthcare standards and best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in nursing practices.
