We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Intake Counselor Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. 8 HR SHIFT PER-DIEM NOC shift | PM shift Pay range $46 - $50/hr What We Do: Charter Oak Hospital offers compassionate and individualized treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. What You’ll Do: Our Intake Counselor RN make a difference in the lives of our patients. Incumbent will perform pre-admission assessments and referrals, respond to telephone and face-to-face inquiries from persons seeking mental health care or information about mental health-related services. We are located on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Covina, California. Covina is about 22 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, in the San Gabriel Valley, close to 10, 60 and 210 FWY.
