*Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for a female client requiring assistance with daily activities. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of an elderly woman with dementia. The ideal candidate will bring energy, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting clients’ health, safety, and well-being. This paid position emphasizes professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to improve quality of life through personalized care. *Schedule* Part-time Monday through Saturday 12PM - 4PM *Responsibilities* * Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs. * Maintain accurate medical documentation and records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations. * Support clients with memory care needs by implementing specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s care techniques, creating a safe environment, and engaging them in meaningful activities. * Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe and hygienic living space. * Able to provide safe and reliable transportation to appointments and for running errands. * Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a trusting relationship that enhances overall well-being. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in senior care, home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments. * Familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or require dementia/memory care. * Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. * *Must have a California Driver's License with a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance!!!!!* * Flexibility to work live-in shifts or part-time hours based on client needs; prior home & community care experience is highly valued.
