*We are seeking a compassionate, experienced female caregiver to work with an elderly male client who lives with his wife. The ideal candidate will have prior dementia care experience and understand the importance of consistency, patience, and maintaining established routines.* *Monday - Thursday from 11 am to 4pm* *Pay $20 hr* Requirements: * *Female caregiver preferred* * *Dementia care experience required* * *Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance* * *Comfortable providing transportation for outings and appointments* * *Strong communication skills* * *Patient, calm, and dependable personality* * *Able to build a positive relationship with both the client and his wife* * *Non-smoker preferred* * *Reliable attendance and punctuality* *The family is looking for a caregiver who will be a good long-term fit and become a trusted part of their support team.
