*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse set of medical skills. *Responsibilities* - Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information - Provide patient education on health conditions and treatments - Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and behavior - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care - Document all services provided - Attend Multidisciplilary Team Meetings and provide information on patients *Skills* \_ Valid RN License in California - Proficient in ICD-10 coding for accurate medical documentation - Strong verbal and written English proficiency (bi-lingual Spanish is preferred) - Proficient in using computer for documentation - A desire to help and have compassion for elderly, underpriviliged patients with mental health disabilities * Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. * Preferred start date would be at the beginning or middle of July. We are available to discuss alternative start dates if needed.
