Certified Nursing Assistants - Full Time *Location:* Industry, California *Setting:* Rehabilitation Center *Work Type:* Full Time/Part Time *Compensation:* Starting from $21.52 per hour, plus benefits SHIFTS *Full Time:* 7AM – 3PM; 3PM – 11PM; 2PM – 10PM *JOB DESCRIPTION* We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our rehabilitation center team. CNAs provide essential care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and recovery while fostering a compassionate and professional environment. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* * Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility * Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff promptly * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment * Support patients’ emotional and social needs, encouraging engagement and comfort * Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide high-quality patient care *QUALIFICATIONS* * Current CNA license in California * BLS (Basic Life Support) certification * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team and provide compassionate, patient-centered care *WellTech Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.* All applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other category protected by Federal, State, or local law.
