Job Description
We're looking for a field nurse to join our growing organization and provide home health and long term care to patients in the community. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently and be comfortable with both ambulatory and bed bound patients. A successful candidate will be able to work well in a team-oriented environment and take direction from a team leader. *Responsibilities:* * Be caring and compassionate toward patients and their caretakers. * Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family. * Adhere to the Center for Disease Control, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations. * Use good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers. * Demonstrate proper infection control measures. * Work as part of a team. * Gather and document the information of patients. *Requirements* * 1. Currently licensed vocational nurse in the state of California. * 2. Reliable transportation. * 3. Complies with accepted professionals standards and practice. * 4. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organizational skills. * 5. We are looking PER DIEM ASAP. * 6. Possesses and maintains current CPR/BLS certification. * 7. Wound care & Wound Vac * 8. Bilingual in a Plus (Vietnamese ) Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: On the road
