We serve a diverse range of patients across Los Angeles County and Ventura County with a commitment to excellence and personalized care. *Job Description:* We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated *RNs* to join our growing team of home health professionals. As a nurse with Guardian Angel, you’ll enjoy a rewarding environment with flexibility, autonomy, and support. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home. * Complete assessments and develop care plans in coordination with the clinical team. * Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed. * Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and case managers. * Educate patients and families on care plans and disease management. * Document all visits and care following agency policies and regulatory guidelines. *Requirements:* * *RN or LVN license* (California, active and in good standing) * Current BLS/CPR certification * Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license * Previous home health experience (Preferred) * Strong communication and critical thinking skills * Able to work independently in the field *Benefits:* * Competitive pay rates * Flexible schedules * Supportive team environment * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities *Coverage Areas:* Los Angeles County | Ventura County | San Fernando Valley | Santa Clarita | Palmdale Job Types: Full-time, Per diem Pay: $65.00 - $120.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Application Question(s): * Are you willing to work with us at least 3 days of the week to see our pataients? * Can you see at least 5 patietns a week?
