BrightStar Care provides in-home nursing services throughout the Los Angeles Area and nearby cities. Our part time, per diem role is completely flexible to your schedule. You have the freedom to accept only the cases that fit your schedule and are convenient for you, with no requirement to be on call or to get approval to take time off. Experience monitoring fluid tubes, checking infusions to make sure that medications implemented are not counteracting each other or causing a patient harm. * Communications Skills: Discuss health care with patients and listen to their concerns * Skilled care: Deliver direct skilled client care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing in an open and positive manner * Compassion: Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill with a passionate heart * Compliance: Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws where we always do the right thing, do what we say and delivery consistently on our brand promise * Calm Under Pressure: Infusion nurses might face emergency, life-or-death situations.
